Lisa is French-Swedish and lives in Paris, but likes to return to her family home in Sweden in summer and winter. After her university studies at the Sorbonne in Nordic languages and specialised foreign civilisations, she joined Scandi Bureau via an unsolicited application in 2010. Since then, Lisa has been working with a dual skill set: customer service and HR management.
Why Scandi Bureau?
When I was looking for a job after my studies, I really wanted to keep a link with my Swedish part and above all I wanted to continue speaking the language.
Since my arrival, I have been providing customer service in France for two large Swedish companies; Alde and Babybjörn. These are two very different businesses: a specialist in heating systems for motor homes and caravans and one of the world leaders in childcare products.
In addition, I am responsible for HR and administrative services for two other clients.
Today I appreciate the versatility of the job, between the diversity of our clients’ activities and the different missions I have been given. I have also developed my listening skills.
3 words that define Scandi Bureau ?
Flexibility, both in the organisation of the company, in Charlotte’s day-to-day management and in our individual roles.
Benevolence, we all try to have this attitude with our clients and with their clients for whom we provide the interface.
Conviviality, and even sometimes a real family spirit within the Scandi Bureau team and in the relations with many of our clients.
Anecdote
«I remember this moment which illustrates the values of Scandi Bureau and the relationship of trust we have with our clients.
One morning, the sales representative of one of our customers in Sweden called me to inform me that he had just missed his flight and asked me to provide training in his place in Tourcoing, near Lille (59) for one of the distributors. Except that the session took place on the same day! So I had to hurriedly pack the demonstration products into a huge travel bag and I took the train to deliver the training, which in the end went very well.»
What are your passions ?
My kids! 🙂 I like to be with my family and I love to travel even if the period we have just lived through (pandemic) has complicated things.
